Patterson Mountain Area 

Located about 15-20 minutes west of Oakridge, these trails are more technical, featuring loamy(early and late season) to hardpack trails through lush forest, fast sections and switchbacks. This is a great option for  multi-shuttle days or an epic long loop ride combining forest roads and trails for plenty of mileage and climbing. 

Lawler

The climb is approx 8 miles on Patterson Mt. Road FS5840 to 1714 to FS555

Middle Fork of the Willamette Area via FS21(45 mins from Oakridge)

Middle Fork Trail 3609 (30+ miles)

Begins at Sand Prairie Campground or via high country Timpanogas Lake(late June to October depending on snow level) 

This trail is a part of the Oregon Timber TrailWillamette Tier 

Easy to arduous cross country trail. Lower portion great for beginners, increasing in difficulty) Rocky descent and switchbacks descending from Timpagnogas Lake). More climbing than descending and beautiful riverside, lush forest, rooty technical spots.
