These are the trails in the greater Oakridge / Westfir area. The shuttle companies above service these trails / areas in addition to Bend and around the greater PNW.
Oakridge
Larison Rock
- Climb FS2102 4.5 miles +(park at Rest Area-FS5852 to FS21Diamond Drive to 2102)
- 3.2 miles with shuttle
- 2781 descent
- 15 min-1 hour ride time
- 30 min shuttle
Dead Mountain
- Climb 8+ miles Oak St to High Prairie or Brock to Dead Mountain Rd/FS210
- 6.3 miles with shuttle (recommend repeat top flow section of trail)
- 123 ft ascent

- 30 min shuttle
Westfir (5 Miles West of Oakrdige)
Alpine Trail
@Kate’s Cut-in
- Climb FS19 or North Fork Trail, 4 miles to 1910, 14 miles)
- 13.6 miles with shuttle to Kate’s(leave car at Red Covered Bridge or Westfir City Hall)
- 1180 ft ascent
- 5520 ft descent
- 2-4 hours ride time
- 1 hour shuttle via 1912
- *Extend this ride 2-3 hours adding Tire Mountain to Cloverpatch to Alpine - ATCA
ATCA
- 24.2 miles with shuttle (to Kate’s)
- 5,467ft climb(difficult, bring extra food & water, and even more water)

Patterson Mountain Area (15 - 20 Minutes West of Oakridge)
About the Patterson Mountain Area
Located about 15-20 minutes west of Oakridge, these trails are more technical, featuring loamy(early and late season) to hardpack trails through lush forest, fast sections and switchbacks. This is a great option for multi-shuttle days or an epic long loop ride combining forest roads and trails for plenty of mileage and climbing.
Lawler
- Shuttle or Long Loop
- The climb is approx 8 miles on Patterson Mt. Road FS5840 to 1714 to FS555
- 7.6 miles with a shuttle

Hardesty
- Shuttle or Long Loop (leave vehicle at Hardesty Parking area using a shuttle services)
- Punchy climb in the beginning for a mile+
- 5.5 miles with a shuttle

Middle Fork of the Willamette Area via FS21(45 mins from Oakridge)
Middle Fork Trail 3609 (30+ miles)
- Begins at Sand Prairie Campground or long day shuttle via high country Timpanogas Lake (late June to October depending on snow level).
- This trail is a part of the Oregon Timber Trail– Willamette Tier
- Easy to arduous cross country trail. Lower portion great for beginners, increasing in difficulty as elevation increases.
- Rocky descent and switchbacks descending from Timpagnogas Lake.
- Otherwise, more climbing than descending and beautiful riverside, lush forest, rooty technical spots.
Young’s Rock/Moon Point
